Poetry
5 AM Equanimity Practice
Hundreds of hungry
inmates line up for
fixes -- a pressure cooker.
Teal Blue Sky Turns Thunder On The Jailbird Yard
Pink lightning -- hunted
down, drugged -- flying
meditation’s my antidote.
Gay Men’s Group Process
We weave
primary gang colors
into a quilt of intimacy.
The A Words
Communication’s difficult.
We all fit somewhere
on the spectrum.
11 -> 71: Post Prison
Surf the Pacific
after 60 years --a kid’s
zest again – plop in.
