I choose to hold the hour

And not the weave, she muses

Attending to extremities

Tips of fingers and beyond

To see and not see equally

Eyes glued to unknowable

Unfathomable juice joints

Of light intersecting

What it was or becoming to be

A gash of gasses, electrons

In a lantern of guessing

What the ending fragrance should be

Calling as if a bristling sensation
